This isnt possible at present, the only workaround I can think of is to user the Program Overview report source to produce an exportable report and use a spreadsheet to filter the data. We are looking at replacing the Program Overview report source, and have a Suggest Features posting TL-15047 Changes to Program Overview Report Source here. It would be worthwhile adding a comment.
