Ability to export user records as an admin

Hi

Raised this in the V11 webinar and waiting for an update.  In the new V11 upgrade an employee can export their data.  In the scenario that the employee has left and no longer has access and we are asked to provide the data or fulfil a subject access request, as an administrator how can I download and export their data please?

Hi Louise, Apologies that the response didn't get posted back to you sooner!

As an Admin you would need to use the Login As option to go in as the user and run the export and then download the file. At this point, there is not a way for admins to do so directly.
