Can anyone help? - I am trying to set up 360 Feedback on a Totara v2.9.25 however I can't get the menu item to appear for the users that have been assigned in order for them to 'Request Feedback'.  

I've checked the Appearance settings for the menu item and it is set to 'Show when required' with the correct default url.  I know its correct because if one of the assigned users pastes the url into the address bar manually it takes them to the page so that they can 'request feedback'.  

But, how do I get this tab to display on the menu bar for the assigned users?

It seems to work fine on another site I have which is v9.11 - is there an issue with 360 Feedback in v2.9.25?

I have submitted a ticket to the help desk too but any advice from anyone in the community will be much appreciated.

I think this is a cache issue, clearing it will do the trick. I've replied to you ticket.
