It appears that once you have added a Restrict Access rule for an activity, you cannot remove it. You can change it, but you can't remove it. The only recourse is to remove the activity and start again. Am I missing something?

Can't remove "Restrict Access"
Hi Carla,
When you access the Activity Settings, you should see a red X next to each Restrict Activity rule setting that you can use to delete that particular restriction. If you don't see those X's, can you send us a screenshot and tell us what type of activity and what restriction you've created on it?

Thanks for the reply. I definitly don't have the red x (or the eyes). I am listed as the primary admin, so I should have full access.
We are running into the same problem with Totara 11. Using the Totara theme doesn't fix the problem.
Were you able to find a solution?

Which version of Totara are you using exactly? I couldn't replicate this in the latest version of Totara 11 with the admin role. Can you provide reproduction steps?

(answering for Karin) this is in Totara Learn 11.10 at this moment, but it was also not working in 11.2 (we upgraded, because it was said that was the solution)
