We have just upgraded our learning center from Totara 9 to 11. I have noticed a function missing (or its changed and I'm not aware where to find it!) in the text editor. When adding an image in Totara 9, there was a toolbar that said 'General, Appearance, and Advance' (refer to image attached). In the Advanced option, you were able to add an image for onmouseover and onmouseout. However, in Totara 11, I only have the options to add an image and change its dimensions like in the Appearance toolbar from Totara 9.

Now I need to write out the code in the html editor to make the onmouseover happen, which is a bit of a pain.

Any help is much appreciated!
