Does a learning plan auto-update? I don't think so. I'm trying to puzzle out how to roll out new competencies.
For example:
If I add a new competence to a learning plan, or a new course is associated to a current competency... will staff who already have this learning plan automatically get the new competency/courses showing up on their learning plan?
If not, what is the best practice for rolling out new competencies to various audiences?
