Hello, I wonder if anyone can help please..
We have made our Appraisal Programmes active and members of staff have starting completing them, however we would like to edit the programme so that the Manager's Manager or a Temporary Manager can also 'view' their team members forms but I can't seem to find a way to do it without closing and opening a new one which I don't really want to do as staff have already been completing them - does anyone have any tricks they've used please?

I think that you need to enable dynamic appraisals - this allows you to change assignments when the appraisal is active.
If your site was upgraded then dynamic appraisals are disabled - if you enable them then existing active appraisals should be able to have assignments changed.

I have checked our system and dynamic appraisals is checked/enabled however I still cannot amend anything that's been set in the programme, i.e. changing question text, adding additional stages etc.
Should it be possible to do this when they're dynamic?

It isn't possible to change the appraisal questions etc once it is activated - dynamic appraisal only allows changing the people assigned to the appraisal.
