Good Morning

I have been experiencing an issue this morning with face to face sessions whereby users receive the message ‘You don't have permission to sign up to this face-to-face session’ when attempting to enrol into a session where the setting ‘send all bookings to the wait list’ is enabled.

The enrolment method ‘Face-to-face direct enrolment (Learner)’ is enabled.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Has there been an update?

Hi Sarah,

It should be possible for a user who is not enrolled onto a course to join a waitlist using the Seminar direct enrolment plugin.

Could you confirm the specific version of Totara you are running? Without knowing this it's difficult to say whether there has been an update that fixed an issue in an earlier version.
