I'm trying to configure the Admin bookmarks block to "display throughout the entire site" and I'm getting the following exception error:

Exception - Call to undefined method block_edit_form::get_block_parent_context()

Has anyone else received this error? If so, how did you resolve it?  I have purged the cache and that did not help. Attached is the error with debugging turned on if that helps.
