Currently for stages that are not set to lock after completion, when changes are made the 'Save Changes' button only appears at the bottom of the page. Can this be added also to the top of the page where 'Save Progress" and 'Complete Stage' appear?
Also previous to the Totara 11 release there was a button that if selected returned the user back to the main appraisal page. Can this be brought back?

Would it be possible to get some more information about the new Perform product? I can see it's in your Roadmap but it would be useful to understand a bit more for those of us who are heavy users of the existing Performance Management functionality.
Mostly, I would be interested in whether fundamental changes are being introduced in functionality or whether it's just a move towards separating the existing performance management functionality from Totara Learn so we will end up running two systems side by side to get the same functionality.
