When manager approval is set on a session and the manager goes to approve they are given an option of 'decide later' on our version of the system.
I can't find any documentation about this option - does anyone know the functionality behind this at all?

I see what you mean - the approval options from the Manager's viewpoint in the event! The 'Decide later' option just keeps the request visible under the 'Approval required' tab. Selecting 'Decline' or 'Approve' removes the request.
