Hi,

I've got an event which requires manager approval. The notification is set up for the learner and the manager to get it.

A learner signed up and received the notification but not the manager. I checked our mail log report which showed the notification to the learner but nothing for the manager.

When I look at Approval Required tab of the event the learner's manager is showing.

Does anyone have an idea about why the notification wasn't sent to the manager?

Hi Larry

That is strange - was the learners manager recently added after the original notification was sent. Was there a end date on the managers job assignment?

If this looks Ok are you able to get a helpdesk ticket created by your partner with details of the seminar notification settings and the version of Totara.

Hi Craig,

No, the manager's been the learner's manager for some time and there was no end date.

I've asked our partner to investigate too but wanted to check here just in case any one had come across this before or I was missing something obvious.

Doesn't look like I was so I'll see what our partner comes up with.
