Kia ora koutou, we use reminders to "remind" learners to give feedback after they complete courses, but they don't seem to be sending automatically.
Our completion criteria is usually complete the course and complete the feedback activity. I've done a bit of reading and think that reminders to do feedback won't send if the feedback is part of the completion criteria. Can anyone shed some light on this please?
