I'm new to the re engagement plugin and can't quite get my head around how to set this up.

I had released a course 3 weeks ago (6 Nov), and want to set a reminder email to all users who haven't completed the module in the course yet, which is needing to be completed before the end of the year (21 Dec).

What setting would be best, After Delay or On Re engagement Completion.

And what should the Re engagement Duration be set as? under the Activity Completion tab

Hi Kelvin,

The Re-engagement plugin is a 3rd party plugin which we don't support. I see there's some info on the Moodle plugin site, and a discussion forum - I think that would be the best place to pursue a solution.
