I'm trying to determine the best way for a manager to mark manager/employee coaching activities as completed each month for each of their employees. I'll need the ability to upload documents, set reminders and due dates and also pull reports on completion.
Since a manager will be marking completion, not a trainer, I plan to use Appraisals rather than a course itself. I"m concerned that I can't make edits to the appropriate once activated. In the nature of my business, it's likely that a future month's activity (not completed yet) would need edditing after the appraisal is activated.
Is there a way to edit appraisals once activated?
