To analyse the questions answered in the Quiz you can go to the Quiz Statistics report. This provides detailed analysis of each question and is also exportable for analysis with a spreadsheet.

It is possible to edit the question which is wrong and make all options worth 1 then select the Regrade all button under Quiz admin > Results Grades. 

Choose the Dry run Full regrade first to see that this does what you want.
