My name is Rolf van den Heuvel, learning innovation manager at Thermo Fisher. I will be presenting our use case during the 2019 EMEA Totara User Conference in London.
We migrated from SAP to Totara early 2018 and learned that flexibility if key in an LMS. We are now looking into options to create a "skills gap oriented" LMS using Totara. We would like to promote self-directed learning and enable our Field Service Engineers to visualize their skills gaps and find ways to close these gaps.
