Hi Folk,
If anyone knows, is there is any theme plugin(I know officially Totara doesn't support any third party plugin) that is support totara. I have tried few moodle plugin with totara version 11.2 and 9 its work fine till now.
If any help i this regards would be very helpful.

The documentation on Creating a theme should help you understand how the themes for Totara are implemented.
The Bootstrap 3 CSS framework and LESS variable should be used by the plugin for easier maintenance and compatibility with Totara.
