I hope someone can help us on this.

For our organization's learning, we have created PROGRAMS. Each PROGRAM has a COURSE SET. There is one COURSE SET per PROGRAM.
Each COURSE SET consists of one or more COURSES.

We would like to make it that a person can go from one PROGRAM to the next PROGRAM; sort of like a 'THEN' feature:

PROGRAM 1 THEN PROGRAM 2 THEN PROGRAM 3

So they would complete the COURSE SET in PROGRAM1 and then move on to the COURSE SETS in PROGRAM 2....and so on.

Any help would be appreciated!
