Hi Andrea,
This isn't possibly via the UI at present, you need to edit the language pack (this will be addressed under TL-5140: Implement general purpose messaging library).
If you search for Language customisation and then open the language pack for customisation you can access the alert strings by highlighting the availability_audience component and entering 'audience' into the Only strings containing box.
