I am sorry if this has been asked before.
I have enrolled by 5 student in my seminar event and afterward enroled a trainer roll in event but my students is not receiving any notification about trainer confirmation.
Moreover I have tried to active the seminar trainer notification in seminar administration
I am reading this link but still not able to figure it out .
Any help would be really appreciated

As well as adding the trainer role to the event you need to select the trainer for the trainer notification to be sent to the selected trainer.

Yes I have assigned the role of trainer in the event but I have figure it out my trainer has a two role trainer and student, but when I have removed student role from trainer at the course level then trainer is receiving notification.
Is it mandate that trainer should have only trainer role to get a notification ?

Hi Kumar
When a user has more than one role they may have a permission being allowed in one role and prevented in another. In this case one of the permissions needs to win. The role that is applied at the lower context eg in an activity rather than a course will be the one that wins.
The trainer should probably be a separate account from the learner - otherwise the trainer can mark themselves as passing the activity as a learner.
