Im hoping you can help me figure this out? i have a request to create 2 Audiences, we are connected to Workday as our HCRM

1. employees who have been promoted to managerial positions within the last 12 months

2. employees who have been managers for at least a year + * for this one, i can use the Job Assignment date

BUT, I have no idea which rule set to use for #1. Can i ask for ideas that you have used in your own (similar) situations?

There is a rule Has direct reports which will include users who manage another user.

Restricting this to the last 12 months needs to rely on a date being recorded in which case you can use something like

Whether the user is a manager in any of their job assignments. is equal to "Has direct reports"
AND User's position assignment date in any of their job assignments is within the past 365 day(s)
