There is not a way to store a template in that Message users area, as it's meant to be for more ad hoc messages. What would you be thinking to include in the template? Would it make sense to use a template with an automated notification in this case? I'd just like to get more of an idea of what you're looking to send so we can help!

Hi Marie

It is possible to add a notification template under Seminar > Global settings

You can then use this template in individual seminar notifications when you select Add notification 

In this screenshot below I have saved a global notification template called test
