one of our customers wants an onboarding program for new employees.
Every three months (time interval) a new learning activity/course should be offered to new members of its staff.
This should happen for one year (4 sets)
In Totara there are different approaches feasible:
- by minimum enrollment time in a course as completion criteria (before the next course ist available)
- by audiences with time based rulesets
- by different programs every three months
- others .... ?
Has anyone of you already set up something like this successfuly, and is willing to share their experience here, please?
