Creating a Survey Monkey/Feedback Survey

Hi Team,

I have gone through Totara Satisfaction Survey,

I real like the design and its interactivity with user,

How can i implement in my organization, to look the same,

Hi Issa,

Thanks for your question regarding the satisfaction survey and thank you for completing it.

We use Survey Monkey to capture feedback and there's the option to customise the theme on the tool. You can also decide how the questions will show and decide to just show one question at a time as you have experienced.

I tried to create a survey but i can only access normal survey with a lot of questions see image below,

Hi Issa,

I was pointing to an external tool outside of Totara called 'Survey monkey' that we used to collect feedback on people's use of Totara.

However, when collecting feedback on courses within Totara you should have a look at the feedback activity. There's a great course in the Totara Academy that will show you how to set this activity up. It won't look exactly the same as the satisfaction survey but you'll be able to get some excellent feedback with it.

Can i use Survey Monkey to conduct customer satisfaction survey for our external customer (they are not in our system),

We need their feedback regarding to our services,

Hi Issa,

Yes, Survey Monkey is a survey tool. You'd have to first create an account with them. You can create a survey and then send the link out to the people you wish to gain feedback from.
