Hello,
I having trouble getting the Course notifications to show on a course page. The learner receives the email and the notification is recorded in the logs. My test user has all their notification preferences marked yes for course notifications. The permissions on the block say learners can view the course notifications block. But it won't show up.
What am I missing?

Could you give exact replication steps and tell us exactly what you hope to achieve? its not 100% clear to me what's going on.

The notification gets emailed to the user OK but I was hoping that the course notifications block would then be visible to the user when next they login (similar to the alerts and tasks blocks). Unfortunately it will not show.
Doe that make sense?

I am not able to find a block called Course Notifications in Totara - is this a third party block or has it been renamed?
There is a Latest announcements, Recent Activity Block and Alerts block- I don't think the first two are triggered by a course completion. The Course completion block may be better to provide detailed information on the course completion criteria and status.

That's super weird. We have this course notifications block
And when you click on it you get this. I don't think it is any other block renamed.
I'll check with our Partner to see if they know anything about it.
