Unable to remove a user from classroom training

When I attempt to remove a user from a classroom schedule I get the following error:
Bulk remove users errors - 1 problem(s) encountered during import. (View results)

View results shows the user's name, no ID number, and Result as: Cannot cancel this signup

Any idea what might be causing this?

Hi Justan

There was a similar issue TL-20210 that has been fixed in version 12.4 that occurs when the Allow cancellations  setting is set to Never and an attendee is added.

If this doesn't sound like your case then can you open a helpdesk ticket and included details of the Totara version and the seminar settings that you have.
