Hi,


Is there a way to assign temporary manager in bulk (using CSV)?  To coupe with these following circumstances

  • Each nurse manager has more than 20 nurses. 
  • They may have day off (annual leave, maternity leave), and someone will cover them to approve trainings. 
  • They will be back to work on certain date. 


Currently, I play with the URL plus manual to get the work done. However, using CSV will do the job quicker.

Hi Sony

There isn't a way to upload a temporary manager with HR Import, there is a feature request for this that you can add your support for.

When you say that someone needs to approve training is the training a seminar that requires manager approval - it is possible for people other than the manager to approve a seminar.

Seminar feature is available on Totara Learn 12, isn't it?
I'm using Totara 2.9, and can't find this.
