We are currently in the process of configuring our Totara platform and have configured notifications to be sent 1 month, 2 weeks and 1 week prior to the due date of a course to prompt the learner to complete the required learning.
We have then imported our historical training records for our employees (with previous completion dates) and those that have a due date within the month or overdue are receiving all of the notifications at enrollment - not simply the latest and most recent.
Our concern is that when we go-live, those employees will be spammed with notifications for the same course creating a negative end user experience.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
