can please someone suggest a way where we could add the role of appraiser via HR upload? Which file would be best for it? Would it be jobassignments?

And possibly add an example? Thank you very much!

You can assign the Appraiser via the job assignment source, have a look at the appraiseridnumber field. The help doc for that is here.
