Hello Community Member,
I am trying to set up the user role should be visible on user profile page but unfortunately I have end up with no success.
Profile visible roles are enable(security setting), run cron one more time and users have assign system role as staff manager, Trainer and learner but on my user profile roles are not displaying.
Please feel free to share your views.

Sorry for the delay in responding - can you clarify what you mean by the user role is visible on the user profile page.
I logged in as a Site admin and went to profile and the user role doesn't show - so don't think this is possible id the site admin can't see this then other lesser roles won't be able to.

If am login as staff manager or have multiple roles so I would like to see my roles in my profile.

I can't think of a way to show the user's roles on their profile page - roles can be applied a various levels
It is possible for admins to check permissions of individuals at a course level through Users > Permissions > Check permissions and then select a user.
Can you outline why it is important for a user to know what roles they have applied to them.
