Hello,
I added 3 new users all with the same email domain. This domain is also a requirement to be added to an Audience. I also have this particular Audience set up to automatically update. So the 3 new users should appear within this Audience immediately. For some reason they are not.
Any suggestions?

The users have no w appeared, there seemed to be about a 2 hour delay. Has anyone else experienced this?
Hi Ian,
This is probably the Synchronise audience members Scheduled task. It'll probably have been set at a minimum of 2 hours to optimise your site's performance.
Are you the site admin - or can you confirm with who is?
