Audience Sync disappearing

Audience Sync disappearing

We use audience sync to sync our trainers to courses. This seems to work best as we have about 40 trainers who could be training any course.

The issue is the audience sync keeps "disappearing" from the enrollment methods. We've checked the settings on audience sync and there doesn't seem to be an expiry on those. Any ideas?

Hi Carla

One idea is that one audience is adding the user to the audience and another is taking it out once the user is a member of the audience. Look for a rule that has is a member of audience.

Hi Craig,

The issue isn't specific audience members disappearing, it's the entire enrollment method of audience sync.

Thanks for clarifying - whereabouts is the audience sync method disappearing from - is it from the course enrolment methods. If the audience didn't have any members in it then the enrolment method wouldn't show here. Then if the users were added through another audience then the audience sync would show again here.

If this isn't the case then can you create a support ticket so we can get some more details on your setup.
