I need assistance in setting up messaging to alert user when they need to redo a course. For example we require health and safety to be completed yearly but do not want bulk messaging to all users at the same time rather individual alerts/messages 365 days after course completion time for that specific user.

If you set up the course in a certification then messages can be setup to be triggered when required.
There is also an Totara Academy course on Certifications that may be useful.

I would like to send a system message to all of the users who are still due for a particular certification. I would like the system to send an email to them continuously until they have successfully completed the certification. How would I do this? Is this possible to only send to those users who have not completed the training?
