How can I create a new notification which wil be send to a seminar trainer and the seminar room 1 week before the seminar session takes place?

It is possible to add a scheduled seminar notification Course admin > Seminar admin > Notifications

The problem is sending this to the trainer - notifications have the option of sending to the user or their manager

One possibility is to add the trainer to the waitlist and send the notification to waitlisted people.
