Hi All,


I was trying to understand Learning Plan better and have a question.


In the Help Documentation it's written: 'You can have multiple templates set up but there can only be one active template at a time.' under 'Manage Templates' section.


I was not able to understand this, because I can see all Learning Plans are active at 'Manage Templates'. Also, in case of 'Basic Workflow', a user can also choose from any template he wants. Am I missing something?

Kindly help.

After diving more into LP, I think I have understood the meaning.


We can keep one of the LP Templates active and its visibility won't change unless admin makes another LP Template default.

I believe this is to keep one of the templates available for the users to work on unless the Learning Plan is completely disabled at Advanced Features.
