I created a drag and drop question on a quiz. In the editing and preview modes, it shows up correctly. When a student takes the quiz, the markers (options for the student to drag and drop) do not show up. Only the background image is there. Any ideas on what may be causing this or how to fix this?

I tried adding a drag and drop marker question to a quiz and this showed up OK for a learner .
Theoretically the preview mode should be what is shown to the student.
Are you using a user theme or a customised theme?
