There isn't a seminar notification that can be sent to trainers that displays all this information.

It is possible to create a report that displays the users signed up, session start date and trainer name using the Event signin sheet report source and use filters on trainer and start date to get the records you want.

This report can then be scheduled to be sent to the trainer with the saved search
