Hello,

I had a prospect reach out to me and present a scenario I wasn't sure if I'd be able to handle in Totara. They asked me if it would be possible for a group of users to access the platform, complete a survey that asks them about their current level of education and then have the platform recommend learning materials for the learner to complete. Is there a way in Totara to achieve such a result that wouldn't be completely manual?

Hi Ian

One way to achieve this is to create custom user profile fields with dropdown menu values and make this field required.

You can then create dynamic audience rules based on the profile values and include enrolled learning for the users who meet these rules. Custom profile fields are automatically added to audience fields available for rules.
