Hello,

When it comes to creating a course in Totara there is a spot where you have to upload a course file.  Is there a way to instead provide a URL that points to a cloud server where the course resides?

Hi Ian

It is possible to include links to files stored on an external server by using repositories . There are quite a few external file systems supported including Box, Google Drive, YouTube etc
