Hi everyone,

Now that the deadline has passed, our judges are busy reading through all of the Totara Awards entries, and we can't wait to reveal the winners in January!

This year, we're doing things a little differently. For the first time ever, we'll be announcing the winners in a live webinar on 13th January 2020 at 4pm GMT, so register now to be the first to discover the winners of the best project categories in the Totara Awards 2019.

Thank you for making us a Community!

As we close out 2019, we’d all like to say a massive thank you to everyone who helps to make the Totara Community a great place for learning professionals! A big thank you to everyone who has asked and answered a question in the forums, taken a course, passed a program, joined a sector space or attended a webinar!

This year we’ve reached a few milestones - we now have:

  • Over 11,000 Community members
  • Over 22,000 new course enrolments
  • 5,000 badges awarded for course and program completions
  • 25 new courses and 3 new programs in the Totara Academy
  • Over 40 different webinars on demand to choose from in the catalogue

We’re looking forward to another great year in 2020

We have big plans for new training content for next year, so keep an eye out for all of the new courses we’ll be launching. To ease back into work in 2020 we’ve got some great webinars for you.

Upcoming webinar - Personalising the learner's experience with Totara Learn

Totara Learn offers a range of customisation and personalisation tools to help you tailor the learning experience for your users. In this session, join Senior Solutions Consultant Meredith Henson as she reviews how to leverage functionality on your Totara Learn site to ensure your learners have a customised experience.

Upcoming webinar - Creating responsive e-learning with Adapt authoring tool

If you’ve taken any of our Academy courses, you’ll have seen some of our responsive e-learning tutorials. To create these, we use the Adapt authoring tool, a server-based web application which allows you and your team to quickly build responsive e-learning content. In this webinar join Jordan Ash from our Academy team as we show you:

  • How we've used Adapt to build training content in the Totara Academy
  • How to create new training material using Adapt
  • The interactions and components available in Adapt
  • How to upload an Adapt SCORM package to your Totara Learn site

Register for the session at 15.00 GMT / 9.00 CST 29th January
