I have a learner who failed to attend a seminar, he has been coded as No Show under Attendance. He needs to Declare Interest so he is included in the list for future courses but the Declare Interest isn't available to him on the course page. It has been enabled and I have the option when I look at the course.
Can anyone provide some guidance? I'm assuming its because he is coded as a No Show but not sure what to do about it.

Can you confirm which particular option has been chosen in the 'Declare interest'? Apologies for the delay - but I believe we are working on a Support ticket from your partner on a similar matter.

It is set to Always but I have had a response from our partner about it and I'm not certain if they've have changed it so can't be certain what it was set to when I posted the question on the forum.
