Hi,

Is there a way to see what learners are awaiting approval on a course?

I've had a request from a trainer who wants to know for courses they run can they see who is awating approval.

I can use the reporting source of seminar events to identify that a courses has learners awaiting approval but there doesn't appear to be a way to show who those learners are short of going into the course and looking. Which is not an option because viewing the approval required tab is tied up with the ability to approve and that's not a permission our trainers have.

What I want is a report with a report source of awaiting approval, but as that doesn't currently exist doesn't anyone have any other ideas?

Hi Larry,

If you use the Seminar Sign Ups report source and then add the Status column and filter, it should now be possible to use this report to show all users that have a status of "Requested".

If you are giving access to this report to trainers then you'll probably also want to remove the "Link to approval requests" column option.

Hope this helps, let me know if for any reason this is unsuitable
