Hi all,

I am looking to add c 200 rooms/venues to our face to face workshops in Totara v2.7, from an initial review it appears as though this can only be achieved by manually adding the rooms one at a time.  Is anyone aware of a quicker method of completing this activity rather than having to add each room individually?

Hi Adam,

What you've suggested here is correct. Unfortunately the only way to add rooms is one-by-one manually.

I appreciate this can be a little laborious in the scenario where you need to create 200 rooms. This might be something you'd like to submit as an improvement request in our suggested features forum? https://totara.community/mod/forum/view.php?id=7020
