Delete or suspend account

Hello,

I need to remove some users from the platform. For legal reasons we need to keep their records or completion for a period of 3 years. I initially thought just to suspend the account. I have done this however the user still appears in their previous managers team. I basically want them to be removed visibly from everything but still be able to access any completion at a later date if required.

Any help appreciated

Hi Peter

It is possible to delete selected user data for suspended users by creating a purge type.

Set this up as a manual purge first to try this out on a test user to make sure that the necessary data is deleted.

To delete manager assignment select Totara job assignments.
