Hay All


I am trying to set up totara-11 smal2 with Okta. But each time I try and login i get an error like

Exception - Failure Signing Data: error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal_ex:bad decrypt - SHA256.


I think its something to do with certificates, but after that i ent sure.

If any one can offer advise or an guide on how to set this up i would be gratefull

Hi Nigel

I searched and found that this message can be caused by incompatible versions of the encrypting/decrypting systems (check the default for them are the same)

the decryption password is incorrect - even though the message doesn't suggest this.
