Hello people,

I have several questions regarding the totara app that will come along the Totara 13 update:

1. Will the app be editable? And if yes, what kind of modification will we be able to do? (Like creating our own modules/ activities/ plugins) 
2. Regarding the distribution, what would be recommended? Publishing it on an App Store or using a company's own store?
3. Will the app support SAML authentication?
4. Will the app be exclusively developed with React Native or is there something else involved?
