I need to track in my LMS the responses that people provide to individual quiz questions, anyone knows how we can generate a report from LMS to show this? Or are there any other ways to get these reports?

Did you suss this out? I had a look, you can get all attempt interaction data into excel. It'd be a pain to get the data out of it depending on what kind of questions you have, but you can view learner response for every question depending on how you built your quiz.
To export the data you'd need into excel:
Go to SCORM activity -- > reports tab > Interactions report > then 'download in excel format'.
Each quiz question is listed as 'response 0' etc. and the data for that field is what the learners selected. You'll get all the attempts for each learner, so you'd have to clean up the data in excel but that looks promising.
