Hi, I'm trying to make a report that sends an email, with EXCEL spreadsheet; for all learners in the system that have completed all requirements on for a course.

We have reports for enrolment and completions but need one for submitted work as we are not using cohorts and we are using a pool of trainers to mark.

At a lose if this can be done. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

What is the activity that you are using for submitting work - if you are using the Assignment activity there are some settings around notifications to graders and learner when a file has been submitted or graded.

It is also possible to assign separate groups  to the assignment activity and assign graders to each group.

We have people enrolling into courses and completing them whenever they want. And as such there are groups of trainers assigned as trainers to mark submissions (maybe between 5-10 for a course). The intent is a report is automatically emailed to one address every two days where the recipient of that email will manually assign via email a group of submissions to mark depending on current workload.

If we don't have a report to trigger the Trainer 1 to mark learner A, B and C's submissions and Trainer 2 to mark learner D and E's submissions then there can be mixing up of who does what learner. 

We currently have an automatic report for enrolments and completions but looking for one that tells us submissions.

Hopefully, that's clear and you or someone possibly has an answer.

Thanks for the further details 

A couple of things that will be helpful for this is - there is a report source 'Assignment submissions' that can be be scheduled to be sent to the trainers with a saved search for courses required. 

There is a setting in the assignment under Grades called workflow setting - when this is enabled there is another setting Use marking allocation.

This will allow trainers to be allocated to specific users submissions - once allocated they can be marked as required or reallocated.
