This is my first question and I´m very new using Totara.
I work in a company and we have a lot of Customer Services Agents. Every week (sometimes twice in a week) we have to send them updates on procedures, or new procedures.
We jave Totara and I would like to know and ask for advices of how do you think I cound create a space on Totara, easy to access, so the Customer Services Agents can see the new updates there?
And it would be important that we could see the agents that accessed to the new material.
